The firm is led by Jorge Gonzalez-Rodiles, PE, who has amassed over 20 years delivering professional services throughout Texas. Jorge has cultivated relationships with municipal agencies, reviewers, and contractors that let Southland deliver comprehensive planning, permitting, and construction administration — well beyond the boundaries of a typical civil firm.
