A nice aerial progress shot of the Rolling Hills subdivision in Arlington, Texas. Pads, utilities, and roadway alignments are taking shape on what was, not long ago, a closed golf course.

The Rolling Hills story

Rolling Hills is a transformational project — converting a former golf course in Arlington into 221 residential lots, supported by approximately 11,000 LF of water main, 13,500 LF of sanitary sewer, and 6,000 LF of storm sewer. Brownfield-style redevelopment of an existing parcel like this requires careful coordination of grading, drainage, utility tie-ins, and entitlement strategy.
