The Rolling Hills story
Rolling Hills is a transformational project — converting a former golf course in Arlington into 221 residential lots, supported by approximately 11,000 LF of water main, 13,500 LF of sanitary sewer, and 6,000 LF of storm sewer. Brownfield-style redevelopment of an existing parcel like this requires careful coordination of grading, drainage, utility tie-ins, and entitlement strategy.

Working in every vertical
This project is challenging, but it's an exciting addition to the Arlington community — and a good example of the breadth of land development work we take on. If you've got a site you're thinking about — single-family, multi-family, mixed-use, commercial, or industrial — give us a call. We work in all verticals.
